There are two major things that need to be planned when you get married. First is the wedding itself, and the second is the honeymoon. The honeymoon is the time where the couple will kick off their new life together, typically in some exotic location that provides them with Instagram-worthy views. Usually, the couple will take anywhere from a week to two weeks and explore a new part of the world that they’ve never been to.
Now, you know you’ve done it to other people and it’ll probably happen to you too. Whenever you find out that someone is getting married, one of the most commonly asked questions is “Where are you taking your honeymoon?” Even though this seems like a super easy question to respond to, there are so many places out in the world that it can be hard to settle on a specific location. So, if you are getting married soon but don’t know where you’re going to kick off your new life, here are a few suggestions of best honeymoon places around the world. (In case you’ve checked my recent post top on the most romantic honeymoon destinations in India).

If you are not like most honeymooners, you might not want to opt for a beach vacation. However, no need to worry! There are so many other options out there for people who don’t want to feel the sand between their toes. U.S. News says that Tuscany is one of the best options out there. Visitors can stay in luxury villas on the countryside of Italy, while stuffing their faces full of pastas, chicken, and bottles and bottles of wine. What makes Tuscany so awesome is that it’s not a place that is going to be overcrowded by tourists. Your honeymoon should really be devoted to time spent between you and your significant other, and Tuscany will allow that to happen. The vineyards and breathtaking views alone are enough to make you never want to go back home.

Bring a lock with you and head down to the Lock Bridge, where you can truly show your significant other that you love them and will love only them until the end of time.

Now, if eating snails don’t really seem like anything you and your new husband or wife would thoroughly enjoy, there are plenty of other options out there. Just remember, France is a foreign country and their main language isn’t English. So, you might want to take a few French lessons before heading on your trip.
