Rajasthan is the real contribution in India tourism. Still, I’ll say Rajasthan is the most overlooked tourist place in India, why? Because in summer season you avoid it due to warm weather, and during winter, most of us prefer to visit beaches or mountains. But this is the truth!

If you’ve been all these destinations, I suggest you go Sikkim. You won’t believe but Sikkim named the best destination to visit in the world in 2014 by the largest travel magazine ‘Lonely Planet’.

Nathula, Tsomgo Lake, Yumthang, Gurudongmar Lake, Yumesamdong, Katao are the must go places you’re visiting Sikkim for snowfall. And, view of Kanchenjunga in West & natural beauty of North Sikkim offers you something unique. But be aware of landslides, avoid Sikkim if you’re planning a honeymoon in Monsoon season.

coorg

Ideally, there is no perfect time to visit Coorg because it is an evergreen honeymoon destination. But if you’re hitting Coorg in Winter, it is the best time when you can enjoy weather & surroundings. It is the most popular honeymoon spot of the Western Ghats Belt due to good connectivity from Bangalore. Plenty of unique attractions you must enjoy in Coorg in winter i.e.

If you find Goa bit noisy & crowed in the winter season, Lakshadweep is another destination where you can experience the best Island trip in India. Clean beaches, shining sand, sunbath, underwater diving, water skiing, parasailing, kayaking, boat riding, fishing, luxurious resorts & various other tourist activities & attraction make Lakshadweep the most emerging & trending honeymoon destination of India. Even the water is so clean that you can see small colourful fish passing through your feet.

However, limited transportation is the only concern if you don’t get a chance to Lakshadweep, otherwise, I don’t think there is any honeymooon place in India which can replace Lakshadweep.
